Full-time Children’s Director

Work with Family Pastor and team to oversee ministry to grades 1-5 and their families.

Lead weekly kid activities, special events and ministry to CBC kids.

Join a great staff and serve on the family team to make disciples of all ages.

Looking for an energetic leader, great with adults and volunteers of all ages, and a passion to disciple children.

Provide leadership for all Children’s Ministry team and staff

Provide supervision for CM staff and Upward team

Provide orientation and team building for Children’s Ministry team and staff 

Provide leadership with Family Ministry events related to ministry grades (1-5) 

Provide leadership in ordering and maintaining all curriculum and ministry resources 

Provide leadership in ministering to parents of children 

Serve on the family ministry team with all church wide events 

Provide leadership for all Children’s Ministries (BLAST, KidStuff, Upward, Adventure Week, SMAC, Bash, events, etc.)                           

Continue personal development of Christian walk and growth in ministry
