The Connections Pastor will be a highly motivated leader who enjoys connecting with people and helping them take their next steps at Heritage. He/she will connect people to membership, to a small group, and to serving.

Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:
  • Leading first impressions teams (greeters, ushers, parking lot team)
  • Membership
  • Baptisms
  • Guest follow-up

Organization Description

Heritage Church is an Assembly of God Church in central Minnesota. Heritage is a growing, multi-generational church which has grown from a church of 800 in weekly attendance to a church of 1,400 in weekly attendance in the last two or three years.
