Spiritual Formation Pastor

Job Description

The Spiritual Formation Team works to develop and implement pathways for people to take their “next step” in following Jesus. 

We are currently looking for a Spiritual Formation Team Pastor who would be involved in recruiting, and developing Group Leaders, creating curriculum for Northeast Stakeholders (members) and helping Stakeholders progress in their relationship with Jesus through the discipleship process. T

he Spiritual Formation Pastor needs to be a relationship driven individual who is passionate about making disciples and training and growing group leaders. Connecting others to groups and finding their community within the larger church body and collaborating with other ministries will be a primary focus. All while instilling the Northeast DNA of servanthood, community and generosity.
