Purpose: To create and maintain an environment where students find and follow Jesus
Time Commitment: Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership to the Student Ministry team
- Recruit and train volunteers
- Coordinate volunteer team to ensure proper coverage for all events
- Steward the evangelistic temperature of the ministry
- Oversee all aspects of Middle and High School Ministry
- Ensure a fun and engaging environment for all students 6th-12th grade
- Serve as the primary teacher for youth group meetings
- Plan the student ministry calendar
- Plan and lead all aspects of MS and HS youth group meetings
- Oversee student ministry small group structure
- Invest in relationships with students outside of normal ministry meetings
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents regarding the ministry
- ?Additional area of responsibility: Sunday Service Production
- Oversee special events as assigned
- Lead volunteer Tech team – recruit, train, and shepherd volunteers
- Oversee all technical aspects of Sunday morning services – includes audio, graphics, lighting, camera, streaming, etc.
- Troubleshoot tech problems and provide general maintenance of tech throughout the week

- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- A dynamic, authentic walk with Christ characterized by a love for God and others
- A sense of calling to ministry
- A love for student ministry and a passion for student’s spiritual growth
- Excellent people skills and communication skills – both written and verbal
- Agreement with Pathway statement of faith
- B.A. or equivalent experience preferred
Salary: Salary to be determined based on experience. Benefits include a generous health insurance package and paid time off. Possibility of temporary housing in church owned home.
