Worship Pastor

Job Description

Prerequisites:

Must be able to sing and teach harmonies
Must be able to lead from guitar and/or keys

Responsibilities:

Help people connect with God through passionate, current, high-quality worship.
Lead band practices and worship services.
Schedule team members in advance.
Enlist, equip, encourage, and empower the team.
Help team members grow stronger spiritually and musically.
Help, as you are able, with other creative areas of the church (production, media, etc).

Is a team player and willing to help with other areas of ministry
Is willing to tweak or change their ministry role as needed
Good chemistry with pastor and staff
